Waves Enterprise is pleased to announce that we
are currently working with Liverpool Vision, the new
economic development company for Liverpool, to secure substantial funding via the Working Neighbourhoods Fund which will help to sustain our project for up to three years.

From Ripples to a Wave. Its official!
On 2nd April 2008 the City Centre Sirolli project, Ripples on the Mersey, joined forces with Waves Enterprise.
Remarkably, over the past year, Ripples on the Mersey has beaten its client target by over 100%! In fact, Debbie, their
Enterprise Facilitator, and their Panel Members have now successfully supported 130 aspiring entrepreneurs - which is
not only outstanding value for money but statistically higher than some other initiatives and at a fraction of the cost!
This coming together means that:

Waves Enterprise no longer needs to find/raise in excess of £50,000 towards their start-up costs

The new combined project will expand Enterprise Facilitation across from the City Centre to Speke Garston and all
areas in between; increasing the Ripples on the Mersey catchment area from just over 1500 homes to in excess of
50,000!

Waves Enterprise will benefit from the knowledge and experience of Enterprise Facilitator Debbie Elliot-Brown who
is now operating in South Liverpool.
The expanded project has retained the name Waves Enterprise.
