Our completely free and completely confidential service begins with 'Business Facilitation'

Our Business Facilitator works in the heart of the local community, dealing one-to-one with businesses (our clients) at various stages of development, providing:

  • guidance on creating a new business
  • intensive business coaching and networking advice
  • advice on how to avoid obstacles when starting or growing a business
  • support in finding information, funding and resources to enable a business to develop
  • access to the knowledge, skills and experience of the Waves Panel and other helpful individuals, businesses and organisations who live, work or do business in Central and South Liverpool.

Our Panel consists of local businesses, community leaders and local residents. They combine their experience, knowledge, skills, networks and other resources to support  anyone in the community that has a desire to start or expand a business. In some cases our panel members will volunteer professional services, including accountancy, legal support and marketing advice.

At our monthly panel meetings our Business Facilitator presents various problems or issues that are causing obstructions to the progress of our clients businesses and, using the combined skills, knowledge and experience of our panel members, we discuss ideas and solutions to those problems. Our Business Facilitator then works with our clients to work around their problems to help them to achieve their goals.

So, whether you're an up-and-coming business person, a business or community leader or a dynamic local resident, the ultimate goal is identical: to create and grow strong businesses and make central and south Liverpool an exiting and vibrant place to live, work and do business.
